The University of Cape Coast is committed to providing its faculty, staff, and students with a safe, comfortable, and productive learning environment. In order to maintain a healthy campus environment that supports the university's mission, smoking is not allowed anywhere on campus.

The university's goal of having a smoke-free campus includes all types of smoking, including traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, vaping equipment, and similar items.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all members of our community. The University of Cape Coast supports this mission and encourages all community members to prioritize their health and well-being by recognizing the negative effects of secondhand smoke.
