Fees and Registration

The conference fees are as follows:

• Early registration (before August 31, 2009) - US$139
• Late Registration (after August 31, 2009) - US$189

The conference fee will cover the following:

• All conference sessions
• Conference bag and documents
• Refreshments: Tea/Coffee breaks lunch and conference dinner
• Welcoming function and gala dinner

Note that accommodation costs are NOT included in the conference fee. The deadline for registration and payment of conference fees is August 31, 2009. The types of accommodation and related costs are indicated on the registration form. Registration and payment after the deadline attracts an additional charge of US$50.00.

To participate in the conference, kindly fill in the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat together with the appropriate registration fee, payable by cheque or a bank transfer to the banks whose details are indicated below:
