This course focuses on the definitions of human resource management and its development. The ‘Hard and “soft’ versions of human resource management will be addressed. The Matching, the Harvard framework, as well as the Choice models will also be discussed. Other topics to be addressed are human resource planning, employee resourcing, performance management and exit management.
