The University of will hold the 1 st to 9 th Sessions of the 58 th Congregations Ceremonies from 16 th

to 20 th December, 2025. As part of the activities lined up for the congregation, there will be an

Open day scheduled as follows:

Date: Monday, 15 th December, 2025

Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Venue: Forecourt, Sam Jonah Library

The Open day event is expected to showcase exhibitions by various Colleges/ Faculties/ Schools

are selected Sections within the Central Administration.

Provosts/ Deans/ Heads are therefore kindly requested to reactivate the appropriate Committees

to plan the Faculty/ School/ Section’s participation in the activities.
