     iii.         STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORM:

a.       Go to your student’s portal: https://portal.ucc.edu.gh/reset/login.php

b.       Enter your login details (Registration Number & Password)

c.       Select “Assess Lecturers” to begin assessment

d.       Save and continue or SUBMIT after assessing your courses
