The Electricity Section has honoured four retired staff members of the University at an End-of-Year Get-Together.
The three staff members are Mrs. Agnes Arthur, Mrs. Margaret Addison-Fynn and Mr. James Boafo. Mr. Boafo was presented with a table-top refrigerator and Mrs. Arthur received a gas cooker with oven whiles Mrs. Addison –Fynn and Mr. John Billy Arthur received cash prizes.

A renowned Pan-Africanist, Professor Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, has called on Africans to wake up from their dream and take bold actions to develop the continent.

A delegation from the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) Secretariat in Uganda led by the Executive Secretary, Professor Adipala Ekwamu, has paid a courtesy call to the Minister of State in-charge of Education, Prof. Kojo Yankah. The visit was to formally brief the Minister about the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM) of RUFORUM to be held at the University of Cape Coast from 2nd to 6th December.
